The delivery of software in kind of license key or data files via email and download is FREE of Charges.
Usually all manufacturers of antivirus software have the setup files and the manuals (pdf) at their websites and it is up to date. A CD can never be so up to date. That's why you should select "via email". But we offer CD to, for some rare cases.
CD:
We deliver original CDs of manufacturers only. Depending of the manufacturer you may have manuals and/or license ducuments inside the CD covers also. But not a must. Sometimes a product is not traded with CD, but via email or download only. Germany:
The delivery of software with posting or parcel inside Germany is free of charges (but no express).
Pay attention to the small price of the CD by itself (e.g. 2,55 EUR plus VAT for NOD32). Europe (outside Germany):
For delivery of software with posting or parcel inside Europe we charge a fee of 2,45 EUR (plus VAT) only (or 5,95 EUR plus VAT with "Par avion").
If you order is more than 500,00 EUR - the delivery is free of charges.

Depending on your country (especially outside EU) your bank may charge a fee for international transfer - select option "OUR". Usually in the area of EURO you don't have to pay any fee. Your cheque is welcome also. POD - pay on delivery: We add 7,50 EUR plus VAT to your order.
Delivery times If delivery is electronically/digital, it will take 1 or 2 days (But licenses smaller than 25 Computers we try to deliver inside the day of your order, even at weekends). Delivery of software with posting or parcel inside Germany will start 1 or 3 days after your payment came in and may take 2 days for transport. Outside Germany it will take more time for transport - see at DHL, please.
